When GlobalCom charges your account

We receive the authorization to charge your account prior to any services, solutions or shipping your item(s). However, your card will only be charged after your order has shipped. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.

Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and credit cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order - even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.

Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the bank's toll free number at the back of your credit card to confirm.

Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) of your card, in addition to the card number with expiry date in the format of MM/YYYY.

NEFT/IMPS fund transfer

If you wish to transfer the funds directly to our Bank Account, please contact us.

There is no fees for NEFT/IMPS fund transfer for Indian Bank account holder, whereas there will be a foreign inward remittance for funds receiving from other countries, for this fees please contact your Account Executive for assistance.


We accept cheque issued by nationalized Banks of India. There is a flat fee of ₹10/- for each cheque for Indian Banks.

We do accept American Express in USD, CAD, AUD and EURO.

Mobile Wallets

We accept most of the recognized Indian mobile wallets

There will be a transaction fees applicable depending upon the mobile wallets ranging from 0.01-0.5%


We accept paypal as a global acceptance mode of payment.

There is a fixed transaction fees applicable at 3.75%

Buyer Protection Plan*

Flat ₹99 per transactions allows the buyers to transact with us in confidence till ₹1,00,000/- with an increment of ₹199 per ₹1,00,000/-

All the transactions below ₹20,000/- for an organizations and ₹1000/- for an individuals are automatically under the buyer protection Plan.

The buyer protection plans starts from 15 - 90 days depending on the product and type of transactions.
